From last four years we are fabricating outer jacket (CS Vessel) of the cryogenic tank for INOX INDIA LTD (for details refer website – www.inoxindia.com) a leading manufacturing company of cryogenic equipments world wide. Our fabricated outer jacket are under going through number of quality check and test i.e. Air test, helium test and vacuum retention test at our shop as well as at our customer premises to maintain the international quality standard of the final product.

We have also fabricated the SS-304 pressure vessel for INOX as per their approved drawing and QAP with stage wise inspection of INOX & TPI at our works. During fabrication of inner vessel we have approved the welder and welding procedure based on code requirements (ASME/DIN). The inner vessel also undergoes all the testing i.e DPT, Radiography, Hydro test, Helium test etc.   

Apart from above we are also doing CS/SS dish blank cutting, Section bending and fabrication, frame fabrication for small tank, Machining and fabrication of small and critical component for cryogenic tank for Inox India limited.

Presently our production capacity is almost 100MT per month

• SS FABRICATION
• SS vessel – up to 2000 dia and 7000 long having 6000 kgs weight.
• SS dish blank cutting and Welding – up to 4500 dia and 25 thk with 100% DPT and Radiography
• SS section fabrication including cutting and bending – up to 4500 dia.
• Small critical component which include cutting, forming and machining.

• CS/MS FABRICATION
• CS/MS vessel – up to 4800 dia and 23000 long having 25000 kgs weight.
• CS dish blank fabrication including cutting and welding – up to 5000 dia and 14 thk with 100% DPT and Radiography.
• MS frame fabrication for small vessel and piping skid.
• MS section bending work i.e angle, channel, flat etc.
